Operating a flight network is complex and challenging. Most of the time everything is running smoothly and as planned, but there are times when inevitably some of our flights are affected by adverse circumstances. This plan reflects our aim to treat you in a fair and prompt manner and to provide you with clear information what you can expect from us during smooth and on some rare occasion irregular operations.

This Customer Service Commitment is expressly separate from and does not form any part of the General Conditions of Carriage. Your contractual rights and obligations associated with your travel are set forth in our General Conditions of Carriage.
